In the event you find that our products do not meet your needs, you may return the unit within 30 days of purchase in the original packing materials, along with a copy of the purchase receipt, to the following address:

This return policy only applies to goods purchased directly from Jiffy Steamer Company, LLC and is independent of other dealer return policies. Please note that we shall issue 100% merchandise credit if the unit is returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase. If the unit is returned in new condition outside this 30 day window, there shall be a 10% restocking fee assessed based on the invoice cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable under either of the above circumstances. Jiffy Steamer Company, LLC reserves the right to refuse credit for discontinued products or steamers more than one (1) year past the date of purchase.
